Hip! Hip! Hooray!! Oh I'm glad! Soo glad. finally the moment I've been waiting for has landed on my ear drums. Heee~~ ever since I read the news that there will be a new supergroup called Tinted Windows which the lead singer is my-first-ever-crush-first-poster-on-my-wall-guy Taylor Hanson and the guitarist is James Iha from one of my all time favourite band, I was shocked and couldn't wait for the moment they will be performing.

And...they did! Of course I was afraid of being prejudice judging them. Well, I am crazy about the band members obviously but honestly, their music is good! Really good. I was suprised. It's nothing like Hanson-ish or Smashing-ish , it's simply fun ala soundtrack kinda song. I loves it! :) So here, let your ear drums dance as well as mine to the tune and oooh oooh oooh I can't wait for their album! Ngeee~~

Seven Pounds = Seven Teladan

It's a mother-daughter hangout day today. Hari ni aku ngan mak aku pi tengok wayang. Asainya nak tengok Slumdog Millionaire tapi ended up tengok Seven Pounds instead. Mungkin poster dia dengan muka Will Smith yang sangat 'magnet' buat kami tengok cita tu kot.

Elok kami dah melabuh punggung kami dikerusi yang empuk dengan penyandaq yang keras tu, kami naik cuak sebab it was only two of us. Showtime kui 2.00pm and masa tu dah 2.02pm. Elok mata kami liaq ushar sana sini especially kat pintu dok tunggu sapa-sapa nak masuk, ada 4 orang budak cina masuk. Masa tu lampu tak katup lagi and these kids aku tak taula perak buih tak pernah masuk wayang kot asyik dok begambaq tak berenti-renti. Tak cukup dengan tu siap ketok-ketok dinding wayang check apa aku pon tak pasti. Seryau jugak tengok gelagat lepa.

Then as gazettes dok main aku dan mak aku pon bertukar menjadi hamster. Instead of kuaci kami kalut dok ghonyeh popcorn lah. Then movie pon start... Opening line dia macam ni "God created the world in 7 days, and I destroyed everything in my life in 7 seconds" dan PLUP! screen jadi gelap dan bisu. Terima kasih banyak-banyak ni aku taktau dah kali keberapa aku mengalami pengalaman macam ni kat GSC Gurney. Selalulah lepa buat hal.

Kami pun tunggu lah dengan agak kebengangan. Ada sorang laki dalam wayang tu tak cemuih-cemuih mengeluh kuat-kuat. Ada jugak timbui rasa macam nak baling selipar suruh dia senyap sat. Then mak aku yang dah mula keboringan menunggu pon berkata " And..the movie meletup in 7 seken and i wait for more than 7 minit". Selamba rock ja mak aku kata and budak 4 ekoq yang duk belakang kami dengaq dialogue agung mak aku dok gelak nak mati. Buat main..mak aku pon ada bakat buat lawak spontaneous. Kami tunggu dekat 15 minutes or so baru ok balik cita.

The beginning of the movie memanglah undeniably bosan. Basically because cita dia becelaru with characters introduction. Rasa director tu try nak create mystery elements bagi audience rasa macam hah!-excited-tunggu-movie-abih-sebab-nak-tau-the-truth kind of feeling tapi dia tak berjaya sebab audience lama-lama bored. Tunggu movie nak abih cepatlah sebab boring mengantuk gila awai-awai tu. Tapi disebabkan Will Smith tu terer berlakon maka kebosanan tu makin lama makin pudar ditambah pulak Rosario Dawson dalam cita tu memang perrgghhh!! serious best kerja dia compared to Sin City.

As we reached the movie's climax cita memang semakin best sebab dah mula paham arah tuju dan koordinat sebenar cita tu. Ending hero bunuh diri sebab dia nak tebus kesalahan dia. And as cita tu abih aku ngan mama aku dua-dua orang lencun muka sebab teriak tak berenti. I have to say original idea movie tu best cumanya storyline dia tu lembap. Overall rating 3/5.

Bila tengok cita ni, aku boleh buat beberapa simpulan atau teladan. Ni kira hasil observation dan pandangan aku semata-mata tiada berkaitan dengan sesiapa.

1) Ending atau punca hero jadi hero dalam cita ni adalah sebab dia takdak pegangan agama yang kuat. Tak sekali aku nampak dia berdoa dalam cita ni. Kalau kejadian atau pokok pangkal cerita ni terjadi kat kita, kita kenalah mintak petunjuk dan berdoa banyak-banyak daripada Dia. And kat sini, untungnya kita jadi Muslim sebab kita sama sekali dilarang membunuh diri dan kita kena percaya kepada Qada dan Qadar. Tengok cita ni buat aku rasa lebih lagi special and proud that I'm a Muslim! =)

2) Appreciate masa kita dengan orang yang kita sayang no matter who they are. Bini ka, laki ka, orang gaji ka, kucing ka. Sebabnya kita as living things akan mati at anytime. Nobody knows when he or she is going to die. So bila kita spend time dengan someone appreciate it. Macam mana nak appreciate? Simple. Just being nice, sincere and respect the other party.

3) Bila kita tolong orang kita akan rasa content and feel good. Tapi kenalah tolong secara ikhlas dan humble. Sebab apa kita akan rasa best bila kita dapat tolong orang? Sebab kita umpama menolong orang tu mendapat kesenangan dan bagi dia happy. Sapa tak suka kalo semua orang happy?

4) Jangan jadi self-fish. Sebab kita bukanlah lone ranger. Apa yang kita buat consequences dia bukan hanya affect kita tapi orang sekeliling kita mostly. Selalu think of others. Adakah decision kita buat ni akan membantu diri kita and others atau menyusahkan? in long term? Short term?

5) Jangan give up. Kadang-kadang kita usaha kuat tapi tak dapat jugak. Ingatlah , to break an egg one must break the shell first. Maka takdak shortcut untuk berjaya. And andai kata tak berjaya jugak nak benda yang kita nak tu, tu maksudnya benda tu memang bukan rezeki kita. Adalah hikmah disebalik kejadian tu. Apapun always kena ada hope dalam diri kita. Sebab when there is a hope, there's a will and there's a way. Mau apa-apa dalam dunia kenalah percaya diri sendiri and work for it. Kena ada target dalam hidup jugak. Bila ada target, kita akan ada plan to achieve that target and barulah kita jadi orang yang ada matlamat hidup, orang yang ada fokus. Fail to plan is plan to fail.

6) Jadilah penderma organ :)

Sebab ada ramai orang kat luaq sana yang memerlukan organ kita dan mana tau kita dapat membantu lepa. Dalam hidup pun amal ibadat tak cukup buat maka mana tau dengan pendermaan organ kita as kita dah mati dapat menambah pahala kita ka? Wallahuhalam..but it never hurt to be an organ donor. Just isi borang and tick which part kita nak donate when we die. And kalo kita nak ubah pikiran tiba-tiba tak mau jadi penderma dah, kita gunting ja kad tu bih cita. Jangan rasa sayang or sakit ka or seksa mayat ka apa sebab masa tu kita pun tak tau apa yang bakal jadi. Just imagine, kalo skang kita sakit and kita perlu sangat-sangat organ tapi kita tak dapat sebab takdak penderma. Takkah kita frust menonggeng?

7) Jangan guna tepon bila driving walaupun sat ja. Hehehehe.. Ingat tak opening line aku bagitau sebelom screen jadi gelap? I destroyed everything in my life in 7 seconds. Sebabnya? Hero pi baca SMS masa tengah drive. 7 seconds ja dia baca and BANG! accident and tunang dia and 6 orang lagi mati disebabkan tu. Sebab tu lah movie tu nama dia seven pounds. Kira macam beban dia menanggung rasa besalah menyebabkan 7 orang kiok disebabkan kelalaian paling remeh dia pernah buat. Ingat kawan-kawan, malang tidak berbau!

gah...

it has been a while since i update my photo collection. and i've been snapping and intrude nature for the past few weeks and as i'm finally fit and in the mood to be a majesty and go through my so called piece of art, i'd realized that my once super magical laptop has been reformatted! waaaa...so i have to gather all my energy and patience for my-camera-and-handphone-software-installation-cd search party!!! gah gah gah!! and the worst thing is i've cleaned up my room and i've thrown a good kilos of sampah and cds and whatever things that i don't really bother to have a second look. menyesai..oooohh la menyesai...and i've no longer in the mood to squat and bend and jump to look for the cds. guess i'll wait till the mood fairy come and sprinkle me with kerajinan magic dust then only i'll have the urgency to do so.

in the meantime, let's layan few good relaxing songs to suit the sunday mood. although it's not so relaxing sunday for me as the moment i was awake i heard tantrums attacking my house. my family's version of denise the menace a.k.a hakim was here early this morning. and he threw and kicked my collection of teddys like a ball. good boy!

I thought that was it. It's sort of pathetic and lonesome to fall in love with love and not with a homo sapien instead. But whatever, that's the beauty of love. So to shake the blossom pink attack I did my daily mandatory routine ; YouTube-ing. Then I bumped into Twilight OST and....seems like everyone is crazy over Iron & Wine 's Flightless Bird, American Mouth. Hmmm...this is the good thing about OST. It introduces the movie fan to new awesome bands and songs. ALthough it's pretty annoying to read comments like "ooh i love this song! I love Twilight!" or " I love the prom scene, I love this song!" but hey, good thing :) Kudos to Kristen Stewart though for wisely picked up the song for the scene.

And surprisingly people are listening to Radiohead too because "15 Steps" was featured at the end credit of the film. Hmmm... well, I hope they'll put Fugazi, Finch and Broken Social Scene in the upcoming sequel ;)

So after a magnificent film, 2 Feist's songs and rerun of Iron & Wine, I'm falling in love with the atmosphere, with the whole beauty of life, and the beauty of how songs and a movie can boost my endorphin and make me feel good, warm and calm the whole day.

ok, yes aliza very gila kuasa tonight. siap 2 post 1 malam ++ nak tempek sekali youtube yang hiburable ^_^ sok, start kelas for final semester in USM! wooohooooo..super senior wei....anyhoo, agak kebosanan dan kemalasan sebab sok sah2 akan basket (basah ketiak) lari kesana kemari nak hambat kelas and nak berpelukan with rakan2 after a month xjumpa but HAPPY sebab dah jadi SENIOR!!!! yay! yay! yay! ala-ala high school musical la plak...heeee~~below are collection of clips that i enjoy to watch it again and again and again especially the last one :)

Ya ampun mama, I'll take you to watch Twilight!

I tried twice to take my mom to watch Twilight last week. The show was at 4pm and we were at the cinema at 12pm. To wait another 4 hours seems a looong way to go. So we decided to watch The Day The Earth Stood Still instead. Then out of tidak-sampai-hati-ness, we went to Gurney Plaza. We reached there around 3something hopping that we still gonna make it for the 4pm show but it turned out that the next show was at 630pm! So we went back home, a little frustrated. We never mention anything about Twilight anymore since then.

Well...not until last night did my mom came to me while I was watching the rerun of Terminator 3. "I've watched the news today and they announced the cinema will extend the showtime for Twilight till January due to the massive ticket sales here". And my brain goes...Uh-Oh!

So there will be no more excuse not to bring my mom to watch it. I have to. I must. Whatever it takes I have to make sure that my mom will et the chance to drool and hyperventilating just like I did this weekend cause I've bought tickets for the show already. So mama, buckle up cause we gonna sink our teeth!
